功效:提神补气,消除疲劳,养身益气 成分:玉竹,党参,当归,川芎,红枣,枸杞,淮山,茯苓 适合人数:2-5 烹调方法: 煤气炉/电磁炉: 1. 将约2.5公升的水加入锅中待水温沸腾。 2. 加入洗净后的药材汤料或肉类。 3. 以中小火方式煮约1小时30分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。 4. 建议在熬煮的最后20分钟才将枸杞加入。 慢炖锅: 1. 将约1.5公升的水加入锅中。 2. 加入洗净后的药材汤料或肉类。 3. 以小火方式慢煮约3小时。 3. 待最后10分钟后加入适量盐调味即可。 4. 建议在熬煮的最后20分钟才将枸杞加入。 注意: - 无添加任何防腐剂,建议放入冰箱保存以达到保鲜效果。 Efficacy: - Refreshing and replenishing qi - Eliminating fatigue - Nourishing the body and replenishing qi Ingredients: Polygonatum, Codonopsis, Angelica, Chuanxiong, Jujube, Chinese wolfberry, Chinese yam, Poria Number of pax: 2-5 Way to cook: Gas Cooker/Induction Cooker:
