Indications Nourishes Qi and Yin, improves energy and stamina Preparation Method Rinse and wash the herbs, add in lean meat or chicken (you may choose corn/mushroom/white radish for meatless alternative) and bring to a boil. After boiling for 10-15minutes switch to medium fire and simmer for 45minutes to an hour, otherwise you may transfer the soup to a slow cooker and simmer for 2-3hours.
