Product Description

Ingredients: Rice Starch 70%, Tapioca Starch 29%, Instant Yeast 1% Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Instructions: Mix flour with 1 pack of dry yeast into 350ml of coconut milk, knead for about 20 minutes, incubate for 30 minutes. Dissolve 400g of sugar in 450ml of coconut milk (to make the cake spongy and fat or you can use fresh coconut water to make the cake clear and less fat), cook until the sugar is dissolved. To be slightly warm, mix well with the incubated flour, leave for another 30 minutes when the dough is bubbly. Then steam the cake for about 25-30 minutes (must be on high heat, the cake will bloom).
