For example, order is placed on Monday, you may select delivery time slots on Wednesday. - Due to weekends off, Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and weekends, delivery date will be on Tuesday. There also will not be delivery on Saturday 3pm-7pm slot, only the morning 10am-2Pm slot available. 3pm-7pm delivery will be pushed to Tuesday instead. Silversea swordfish in straight cut portion, 170g per piece come individually vacuum pack. (2 pcs) 2. Every single piece of Mekajiki Swordfish is immediate frozen onboard at -550C right after we caught it. 3. Silversea Swordfish is deboned and it make the fish more convenient to eat. 4. Pour warm water with salt and soak the Mekajiki for 15 minute to defrost, and the fish is ready to be cooked. 5. Savour the juicy and tender meat by means of grilled, roiled, baked, poached or kabobbed or cook it Asian style with asam curry or stir-fry with teriyaki sauce. DEFROST METHOD 1. Place fish in the fridge (0-20°C) for 3-5 hours. 2. Remove fish from vacuum bag. 3. For best result, soak the fish in a cold brine for 30-45 minutes. 4. Remove fish from the brine. Pat it dry with a paper towel. BRINE PREPARATION 1. Ingredients: 1 litre cold water, 30g salt and 15g sugar. 2. Mix salt and sugar with a little bit of warm water until both salt and sugar are dissolved. 3. Mix it in the cold water. All frozen goods produced are recommended to consume within 2 weeks of purchase. This is because household refrigerator are unable to lock the freshness of the frozen product for long period of time. Any quality issue beyond 2 weeks of purchase SIlversea will not be responsible.
