What to prepare?
1 sachet of spices
5 potatoes (small sizes)
1kg of chicken (bite size)
Coconut milk (200ml/ 7oz)
4 bowls of water (1000ml/ 34oz)
How to cook?
1. Boil 1000ml of water
2. Add spices and simmer on low heat for 5 mins
3. Add chicken, potato and coconut milk to simmer on low heat for another 30 mins. Serve hot
