Dry yeast: 10g
Water: 600g
Knead the powder mixture slowly for 2 minutes, fast speed for 5 minutes, the powder temperature after hitting 27°C, incubate the dough for 15 minutes, divide the dough into small parts of 200-500g and round, rest for 15 minutes, shape, incubate at 35°C, humidity 75% in 90 minutes
Bake 200-230°C for 20-25 minutes with steam spray.
