Three books of pantun Azmi Rahman have been published by UUM Press, while sonnet books produced with three authors have been published E-Sastera Enterprise. We 're ready to understand that the sonnet genre as a moden poem is not yet popular, unlike poetry. The book contains brief information on pantun, gurindam, syair and sonnet genres. Each genre is given the same examples by another author or myself and provided space for the creation of work. For pantun genres, edicts are given somewhat detailed, which includes introduction, study of pantuns, translation pantuns and creation of four crested pantuns and related pantuns. For the Gurindam genre, a summary edict about Gurindam was given and included a description of the meaning of "twelve Gurindam" by king Ali Haji. The author hoped that the book could be a module for the appreciation and creation of pantun, gurindam, poetry and sonnet genres.
