How to make
Preparation: Water, spatula, 4 L or more bottles, makgeolli kit
1. Pour 3.2L of water and add makgeolli.
3 L: Dark flavor / 3.2 L: Basic flavor / 3.5 L: Light flavor
2. Stir with a spatula for about 20 seconds.
3. Leave in a shaded place with room temperature of about 26 to 33 degrees for 24 hours. (In 6 to 20 hours, stir up and down a few more times to mix well one more time.
After fermentation for 24 hours, store makgeolli in a container about 70% so that it ripens in the refrigerator.
* After fermentation, slightly remove carbonic acid every 2~3 days when storing makgeolli refrigerated.
It can be stored up to 30 days if refrigerated after aging for 24 hours.
Tip to enjoy more
After 24 hours of fermentation, put it in a container and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about a day to taste pungent.
