Product Description
Our Lotus paste bao 莲蓉包 is a big size wonder of fluffy exterior of steamed bao dough paired with is a non-too-sweet paste made out of Lotus Seeds.
These are hand made by dim sum masters with years of experience to create a fluffy bao skin with a smooth lotus paste.
Directions: Steam for 10-12 mins (the bao should be placed in the steamer only when the water has boiled and a steady stream of steam has been generated)
