Product Description
Reception with total destemming followed by pressing, from which only the must-tear was used. Clarification at 7 ° C for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at around 16ºC. Stage of 5 months in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage.
Aroma with notes of lemon and white flowers. Fresh very thin and balanced in the palate with a very elegant finish.
