Here at 9s Seafood, we aim to provide you the best and most premium quality as you should get what you pay for. Cut contains bones, while fillet contains much lesser, close to no, bones. Weight is indicative of bones, which explains the price difference! Please note that weight range provided is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish. Most of our cod fillets are tail portion in order to ensure that they are as boneless as possible, but if you prefer the body portion, do indicate your preference during check-out.
