Ingredients: flour, rice flour

Resources:

400g drain cake flour
150g shrimp
150g ground lean meat
70g green beans
150g taro
70g purple onion

How to do:

- Dissolve 400g of drain cake flour (seasoned) in 800ml of water, mix until it has a moderate consistency.
- Add 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds to 150g of ground lean meat with minced purple onion and mix well.
- Put boiled green beans, shredded taro, meat in flour, mix well, let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Put oil in a pan or pot deep inside, wait for the oil to be hot, then put the mold in to heat the mold.
- Take out the mold, put the mixed mixture into 2/3 of the mold, put 2 shrimp on your face and put it in an oil pan, the oil must cover the drain mold.
- Let medium heat until the yellow cake automatically peels off the mold. Take the cake out of the mold and fry it until the yellow cake is even, take it out to drain the oil.
- Cake served with raw vegetables dipped in fish sauce or served with wet cakes, rolls.

* If vegetarian, replace shrimp and meat with other vegetables.
