PREPARE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT:
- Passenger Name (as in passport)
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Passport Country of Issuance
- Passport Number
- Passport Expiry Date
- Vaccination Status
- Email Address
- Mobile Number

*Passenger Information Forms for each ticket purchased must be filed within 30 mins of purchase if not the order will automatically be cancelled.
**A minimum of 1 Adult ticket must be purchased in tandem with a Child ticket for each trip if not the order will automatically be cancelled.

IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE PURCHASING:
Travellers are required to purchase the bus tickets at least 3 days prior to departure. Travellers are advised to check the prevailing entry requirements of the destination country before purchasing the bus tickets. Transtar Travel Pte Ltd and Shopee shall not be held responsible if the traveller is not allowed to enter the destination country. It is travellers' responsibility to ensure that they meet the eligibility to travel under VTL-Land before purchasing the bus tickets. Tickets sold are not transferrable or refundable. No cancellation of the tickets and refund of the amount paid will be allowed.

Travellers must arrive at the boarding point (Woodlands Temporary Bus Interchange or Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal) 2 hours before the departure time. Transtar Travel Pte Ltd reserves the right to disallow boarding for travellers who are late. Please note that the following documents must be presented for verification at the boarding point before boarding can be allowed. 

1. Valid Passport (>6 months to expiry)
2. Valid Bus Ticket 
3. Valid Vaccination Certificate (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/health/vtsg#acceptedvaccines) 
4. Negative Pre-Departure COVID-19 Test result from an internationally accredited or recognized laboratory, clinic or medical facility 
5. Valid Vaccinated Travel Pass (if applicable)

*Unvaccinated children aged 12 years and below are required to have a valid bus ticket and must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated traveller.

FOR ENTRY TO MALAYSIA:
All travellers entering Malaysia are required to download and register their profile on the MySejahtera mobile application.

FOR ENTRY TO SINGAPORE:
Travellers should submit an SG Arrival Card at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard with their pre-trip health and travel history declaration within 3 days before arriving in Singapore.
