About Logistics
1. The whole island of Singapore can be delivered.
2. If the household has an elevator to deliver home, no extra charge, the single item must be under 50 kg.
3. If the household does not have an elevator or can not use the elevator to deliver, the porter charges 40 (2 people) / CBM, then add 15 SGD per floor: large items need to negotiate the price with the delivery personnel.
4. For the second time due to your own reasons, collect 35 SGD per package.
5. If you need to send personnel to wait, the waiting time can not exceed 30 minutes.
6. The consignee's replacement address must be replaced on the shopping platform before it can be delivered.
Notes:
1.There will be 1-5 cm normal minor deviation owing to manual measurement.
2.The picture is of actual products. But minor color difference maybe exist due to different light and monitor setting.
3. We set up a 2day or 7day delivery, but in fact we ship it immediately. All products are in stock.
4.The packaging is very strong to ensure that the goods are fully delivered to you  
5. Please bear in mind that we will be using sea freight to ship your items. Customers will generally receive your orders in 21-28 working days. Thank you !
6. We will provide installation instructions, videos and installation tools.
