- The list is used for Laycy customers to exchange the items they have been ordered, please indicate the order number & item that you want to exchange in the remark.

- If the status has been updated to "TO RECEIVE", no additional orders will be accepted. Add-on orders must be made before your order is PROCESSED and SHIP OUT.



🌈Example 1:
You can select & add the required price difference from this list if you want to add more or exchange items you already ordered, but don't want to cancel the order (if any Shopee Coins/Voucher).

🌈Example 2:
You can also purchase the add-on items directly but the shipping method selected as "Self Collect"


For orders that need to be mailed together, if "SelfCollect" is selected as the mailing method, additional J&T or NinjaVan postage is required after additional purchase.
