COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt 3 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a large pot, add 3 cloves of minced garlic,  2 medium size diced shallots and red pepper flakes, stir it frequently until fragrant.
Add in 1 cup of chicken stock and 3/4 cup of white wine, bring it to a boil. reduce heat and let it simmer until slightly reduced
Pour in the white clams, reduce heat to low and cover it with a lid. Stir occasionally for about 8-10min
Turn off the heat and stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, season with salt and pepper to taste
