Vermicelli Sweet Potato Glass Noodles, also known as "Dang Myun" in Korea, is the main ingredient of the well-know Korean Dish, Japchae. This side dish is very popular among Koreans and is easy to make as well. This product delivers a delicious chewy and thick texture of the glass noodles made of 100% sweet potato, uniquely different from the thin vermicelli we usually have here in Singapore.

Cooking Instructions
When the water boils, add the vermicelli and boil it for 6 minutes.
Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water 2-3 times.
Drain the water to enjoy the chewy vermicelli.
Storage Information
Store the product in room temperature.
