Dadih Flavour Soya Fruits Pudding Powder

Method:
Pour 3000ml of water with 100gm sugar and 1 can of 400ml evaporated milk into pot. Turn on the flame, stir the mixture until boiling.
Turn off the flame. Stir for 5 minutes.
Pour in Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder and mix well.
Pour into moulds.
Set in refrigerator.

Cooking Tips
Flames must be turned off after boiling. Strong flame will cause the Fruits Bean Curd Pudding to become hard and rough.
