•	Add one to two drops of Juniper Berry oil to water or citrus drinks as part of a natural cleansing regimen.*

Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

使用方法
•	杜松浆果与丝柏、永久花、佛手柑混合扩香，有助于排除负面情绪。
•	将6滴杜松浆果精油滴入30ml的分馏椰子油中，涂抹于局部或是于下肢热敷，可以帮助舒缓久站之不适。
