- Delivery time-slot availability:
- Monday-Friday: 3pm-7pm, Saturdays: 10am-2pm
- NO delivery on Sundays & Public Holidays
- Be sure to receive the goods/items within the specified time slot to prevent additional redelivery fee imposed
- NO multiple deliveries accepted for 1 order ID. (1 order ID is valid for delivery to 1 delivery address and 1 delivery date only.)
- Delivery will be arranged within 1-5 working days of the date of order, will receive an Shopee update once order ready to dispatch
- Delivery address, contact details will be scheduled as set during checkout
- Any specific date to deliver, kindly leave a note in " Pls leave a message... “ BEFORE CHECKOUT. Eg: office building, pls deliver on weekdays only. (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)
- NOT ALLOW to change delivery address / date / time / contact details once order confirmed
- Due to sensitive nature of food, re-delivery will not be proceeded due to customer not at home or uncontactable thus undelivered. Customer may purchase an add on shipping for NEXT WORKING DAY delivery OR arrange for self-collection from Sembawang store. NO collection will be allowed at Sembawang Store without pre-arrangement with us via Shopee chat.
