📍How to maintain the cast iron pan:
1. Cleaning: Rinse with hot water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
2. Grease: Apply a thin layer of edible oil to the pot, and apply to every corner.
3. Dry steaming: Put the oil-coated pan on the stove and heat it to dry on low heat. Repeat the oil drying step again. Then turn off the heat, let the pot cool naturally, and wipe off excess oil with a kitchen paper towel.
