Place it in the pan and sear for approximately 2 minutes until it is golden brown. You can then reduce the heat by a little bit, flip Foie Gras over and cook for another 2 more minutes. The mouthwatering aroma would tell you that it's ready to be served. 

Recommended to eat with Sea Urchin and/or Caviar.
