No pre-installation work will be required, all pet fountains at nekohouse will be pre-installed by our staff before sending out. Hence, it should be an easy setup upon receiving the fountain.
If you  to install by yourself, do drop a note. 

Simply remove all packaging and do a simple wash inside the fountain, afterwards, add water and connect to an electrical point. Try not to adjust any equipment within the fountain as it might cause the pump to stop working.
