100% pure essential oils cannot be directly used on skin. they must be diluted with vegetable oil to form massage oil. otherwise, they are at risk of burns. the essential oils required for adults are about 3% to 10%, can be applied directly to the skin, absorbed by massage, bath or general maintenance.
Massage oil ratio: 3% high proportion compound essential oil+97% first pressure gold jojoba base oil

Bath: please apply massage oil to skin first, then take bath to help absorb essential oil, or drop it into bath before taking bath.
Massage: after massage, wash directly with water and towel dry, do not rinse with bath essence, so as not to wash away essential oil
General maintenance: after bath body still water drop massage oil applied to skin, then wipe dry with bath towel.
