Easy to apply and easy to remove.

Instructions:
Close your computer, cleaning the screen and remove the dust or dirt.
Peel off the one side of film that marked 1 about 3 - 5cm, align one side of the screen, peel of film and push a card forward at the same time.
After sticking the film, squeeze the small bubble out in card, then peel off the outer film that marked 2.
