High pitch adjustment:Use a small hammer,keep the key closed to sound hole 
Low pitch adjustment:Use a small hammer,keep the key away from sound hole 
Tuning tools can be downloaded from the phone,recommended tuning software------ Ins tuner(12 frequency tuner)
