This is how to make rice in the North
- Sticky rice is clean, bring sticky rice or plug it in a rice cooker. When the sticky rice is cooked, spread the thin layer, then crush the yeast and sprinkle it evenly on the face. Put each layer in a tray, bowl or jar for 2-3 days, the rice will be delicious and sweet.
- Our house makes glutinous rice sold all year round, so the amount of yeast used for 1kg of North sticky rice is 20 small yeast balls (the shop has divided).
