Product Description

Cooking dry rice vermicelli directly in boiling water: Fresh rice vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 8 minutes, then take out and rinse by cool water until vermicelli is cool. Drain off water and serve as fresh vermicelli. Fresh rice vermicelli can be preserved for 6 - 8 hours. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep-fried spring rolls or with broth of your choice. Pan-fried vermicelli: Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 7 minutes, take them out, rinse by cool water and drain off water. Prepare a hot pan, add some cooking oil, add your favorite meat, vegetables, mushroom, seafood and seasoning, and stir-fry evenly for a couple of minutes. After the mixture is cooked, add vermicelli into the pan, mix all and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. The pan-fried vermicelli is now ready to be served. Net Weight: 400 g Made in Vietnam.
