💓2. Scope of delivery in Singapore
(1) The scope of delivery is all over Singapore.

(3) If there is no elevator in the building or the goods cannot be delivered to the elevator, the bellman will charge a fee of S$35 for two persons, plus S$13 per floor. If the oversized goods cannot enter the elevator and corridor, you need to contact the on-site delivery staff to negotiate the price of the upstairs service.
(4) Tile goods can only be transported downstairs or designated unloading area. If the goods need to be transported upstairs, it will cost S$20 per hour and there is no damage compensation.
(5) If the second delivery is caused by the customer, an additional S$35 will be charged for each order.
(6) If you need to send someone to wait, the waiting time should be within half an hour (30 minutes).
(7) If you need to change the address, you must operate on the platform before shipping.
