For Departure Waiting time for Departure or Transfer from Residential / Hotels will be given additional of 15mins time from the original pick up time and after the additional waiting expires, an additional of S$ 15.00 will be impose on every 15min blocks. For Arrival ( Meet & Greet Service ) Waiting time for Arrival from Airport, Tanah Merah Ferry or HarbourFront Ferry Terminals be given additional of 45mins time from the Flight landed or Ferry Dock time, after the additional waiting time expires, an additional of S$ 15.00 will be impose on every 15min blocks. B) Any extra Stop will be charged additional of S$ 25.00 C) All Arrivals, Departures & Transfers Pick up of Passengers Details such as Name, Address, Contact Numbers, Flight Numbers and Ferry Details must be forward to us 24hours in advance or earlier for our co-ordination and mobilization of Drivers. Any cancellation of Pick up must be made known to us at least 6 hours in advance before the actual pick up time with no cancellation chargers will be imposed.
