Product Description
For Stir Fry Seafoods & Meat:
Heat up 150 g paste and add some curry leaves and chopped chili padi.
Add 500 g of preferred seafoods or meat into wok and mix it well.
Stir Fry until cooked and ready to serve. (Optional to add some water if too dry).
For Stir Fry Vegetables :
Heat up 80 g kam heong paste on medium heat.
Add 400 g prepared vegetables (e.g. ladyfinger,longbeans,lotus roots,etc.) and mix well.
Stir fry about 3-4 mins on medium to high heat until cooked and ready to serve.
