It is usually made up of thin yellow noodles or and string thin Mee-Hoon (rice vermicelli) with a spicy curry soup, a choice of add on dried tofu, taogeh (bean sprouts), long bean, prawns, mint leaves. It is a dish that is unique to Malaysia and Singapore, drawing from Chinese and Indian influences. It is a mixture mix of yellow / egg noodles and rice noodles. However, in Australia, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, this dish is known as curry laksa. 📝 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 📝 Add 1.8 litre water (7 cups) to the paste and boil for 5 mins. Add in 400ml coconut milk or 150g creamer bring to boil.
