Mix 200g Daebak Korean Fried Chicken Batter with 260g water. Stir well until smooth. 2. Evenly coat and marinate 1kg chicken parts with pre-prepared batter mix for 1 hour. 3. Heat oil to 175° c. Fry Chicken several pieces at a time for 7 - 8 minutes. Remove the chicken and refry again for 3 minute at 150° c until golden brown and crispy. 4. Large pieces may take longer. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
