How to process shihlin flour:
-Marination: Dissolve marination tablespoon with 8 tablespoons of boiled water. The chest of fresh fillet chicken that has been washed clean, flattened, soaked with a dough of pre-dissolved marination flour for about 3 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat).
-Dip On egg white (optional - not necessarily)
-Rugh Staddle: MAKE SURE THAND IS DRY, chicken chest fillets are pre-inflated, in balur with rough flour until the whole surface is covered. Fry with 170C hot oil to cook. (long time frying depends on thickness of meat). Lift and drain.
-Add Spices to taste. Shihlin ready to be served
