Close the lid of the fermentation vessel and put it in the body. 6. Close the lid of the main body and wait 8 to 10 hours to complete the yogurt. -How to make Greek Yogurt- 1. Put all the homemade yogurt into the cheese fermentation vat. 2. Flatten the yogurt. 3. After raising the presser, pour cold water up to the MAX line. 4. Close the lid of the fermentation vessel and refrigerate for 24 hours to complete the cheesecake. 5. If you want more crunchy Greek yogurt, keep it refrigerated for 30 hours to mature. -How to make Ricotta Cheese- 1.
