PLS TAKE NOTE prior purchasing, packaging of the item is a thin plastic film, in the event the box is crushed or flattened, other than the aesthetic appearance, the content will NOT be affected (thru experience) any1 who used it before, ive talked to many many stray feeders and cat/dog owners, so in order to keep the price as low as POSSIBLE in order to benefit the majority of buyers, I will save on packaging as it will in NO way affect the contents, IF the contents were 'spilled' or whatsoever ( i havent seen 1 since all my years of selling this) i will gladly 1-1 exchange for u, as long as u can prove that those contents were not functional at the time of arrival. pls help sayang our community cats/dogs too.
