- Gelatine in food has 2 forms (leaf, powder). Gelatine leaves are a product obtained after boiling animal skin (pork skin), bones (except beef bones)... Before industrial livestock and use of antibiotics and mass growth drugs today, using organic gelatine is a safe solution.

HOW TO USE
- Soak gélatine leaves in cold water for 10 minutes, the water rate is 5 times the rate of leaves
-Dear the gélatine leaves soft, squeeze gently to drain
Soluble:
* For cold dishes:
- Put the squeezed gélatine leaves into a small cup with a tablespoon of water and put them in the micro-ondes and rotate for about 15~20 seconds, then mix with the hot mixture to be done (but not the mixture is boiling).
* For dishes made while still hot:
- Put the squeezed gélatine leaves directly into the hot mixture (gelé for example), stirring continuously until the gélatine leaves are dissolved.
*** Note that gélatine never added to the boiling mixture, then gélatine's solid bonding ability will be no longer available.
-After completing the above 3 steps, you put the "work" in the refrigerator to freeze, thicken.
DOSAGE: Use 3 gélatine leaves for 250ml of liquid
