Main Ingredients:
Sugar, Oil, Chili, Water, Onion, Shrimp Paste, Anchovy, Salt, Galangal, Asam Paste, Ginger Bud, Lemongrass, Garlic, Kesum Leaf, Belacan, Citric Acid
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in cool dry place.
Once opened, used immediately.
Penang Asam Laksa Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil 800g water & add in 200g paste.
2. Add in preferred sardine fish flake (without sauce).
3. Cook 5 min & ready to serve with laksa noodle
Asam Pedas Fish Fillet / Seafood Recipe :
1. Boil 250g water & add in 100g paste.
2. Add in 300g fish fillet / seafood & cook until done.
TIPS:
Optional to add in some lady fingers, tomato, onion cube.
