Product Description

Product: Mizkan Kokumotsu Su (Grain Flavoured Distilled Vinegar)日本米醋 Weight: 500ml Ingredient: Distilled Vinegar (Made from Alcohol with Wheat, Rice, Corn and Sake Cake Extract) and Water, Diluted with Water to 4.2% Acidity. ⭐️HIGHLIGHTS A popular vinegar suitable for all Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes. It features a mild acidity with a well-balanced flavour and aroma. Made from a blend of wheat-derived alcohol, rice, corn and sake lees, this vinegar has a milder taste than regular rice vinegars, and is perfect for making sushi vinegar. It can also be used in salad dressings, in Japanese hot pots or in marinades to help tenderise meats. 🍣HOW TO MAKE SUSHI RICE? Ingredients: two and a half cups of sushi rice, 4.5 tablespoons of Japanese rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt. Preparation: 1. Wash the rice 3 to 4 times with clean water, drain with a colander and let it stand for more than 30 minutes. 2. Japanese rice vinegar, sugar and salt are put together to make a flavored juice. Steps: 1. Put the prepared rice into an electric rice cooker, add cold water, and the ratio of water to rice is about 5:4. 2. After the rice is cooked, put it in a flat-bottomed container, and pour the mixed sauce (Japanese rice vinegar, sugar and salt) on the rice. 3. Take a rice scoop, hold the rice scoop like a knife in your hand, flip the rice from top to bottom, from left to right, while flipping it in, use a fan to cool it. Pay attention to keep the rice grains intact, and don't stir the rice like dumpling stuffing. 4. When the rice absorbs all the liquid and becomes shiny and sticky, the sushi rice is ready. Cover it with a damp cloth or a damp kitchen paper towel for later use. PRODUCT OF JAPAN READY STOCK!!
