USES
Prevention and reduction of flu, runny nose, stuffy nose, cough, chest pain, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, nausea, insect bites, sprains, swelling.
HOW TO USE
Massage the skin on the sore spot.
Flu, runny nose, stuffy nose: rub oil on the temples, neck, back of neck, nose.
Headache, dizziness, nausea: rub oil on the temples, neck, middle, nose.
Chest tightness: rub oil on chest, neck and back.
Indigestion, abdominal pain: rub oil in the abdomen.
In case of flu, can be inhaled: add 5-10 drops of oil to a steamer with about 250ml of hot water.
CAREFUL
If oil gets in eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water or water.
