冰糖养阴生津,润肺止咳,对肺燥咳嗽、干咳无痰、咯痰带血都有很好的辅助治疗作用。温性  单晶冰糖是60年代从日本引进我国的一个新的食品品种,其优点是甜味甘纯、质地洁白,无添加剂,是当今世界公认的无污染食品。  冰糖的生产方法有两种,第一种生产方法是挂线结晶养大法,即将热的精炼饱和糖溶液缓缓倒入挂有细棉线的桶中,在结晶室中经过7天以上缓慢冷却结晶,蔗糖结晶围绕棉线形成并养大成大粒、大块冰糖。第二种生产方法是投放晶种养大法,即在一摇床式结晶槽中,放入热的精炼饱和糖液,投入定量的晶种在摆动槽中边摆动边缓慢降温(水套夹层保温、控温),使晶粒养大,形成单晶冰糖。  单晶和多晶冰糖都是以热的精炼饱和糖溶液为原料,只不是结晶过程不同。营养价值是一样的,只不过单晶冰糖纯度更高一点。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rock sugar nourishes yin and produces body fluid, moistens the lung and relieves cough, and is a good adjunct to the treatment of dry lung cough, dry cough without phlegm, and cough with blood. Warm  Monocrystalline icing sugar is a new food variety introduced to China from Japan in the 1960s. There are two production methods of icing sugar, the first production method is to hang line crystallization method, that is, hot refined saturated sugar solution slowly poured into the barrel hanging with fine cotton thread, in the crystallization room after more than 7 days of slow cooling crystallization, cane sugar crystals around the cotton thread formed and raised into large, large pieces of icing sugar. The second production method is to put crystal seeds to raise large method, that is, in a shaking bed type crystallization tank, put hot refining saturated sugar solution, put a quantitative amount of crystal seeds in the swinging tank while swinging slowly cool down (water jacket sandwich insulation, temperature control), so that the crystal grain to raise large, the formation of monocrystalline icing sugar.  Both monocrystalline and polycrystalline icing sugar are made of hot refined saturated sugar solution, only not the crystallization process is different. The nutritional value is the same, but monocrystalline icing sugar is a little more pure.
