Ingredients for nasi lemak rice : 2 cups rice 3 pandan leaves (tie them into a knot) salt to taste 1 can coconut milk (5.6 oz. / 150 ml - 180 ml) Ingredients for ikan bilis : 1 cup of ikan bilis, Lao Chu Fang - Nasi Lemak Paste, 1/2 red onion Other Ingredients : 2 hard boiled eggs cut into half, 3 small fish (sardines / smelt fish) 1 small cucumber (cut into slices and then quartered) Instructions : 1) Steamed rice, Add the coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and some water. Add the pandan leaves into the rice and cook your rice. 2) Heat some oil in a pan and fry the Lao Chu Fang nasi lemak paste until fragrant. Add in the onion rings. Add in the ikan bilis and stir well together 3) Clean the small fish, cut them into half and season with salt. Deep fry. Cut the cucumber into slices and then quartered into four small pieces. Dish up the steamed coconut milk rice and pour some sambal ikan bilis on top of the rice. Serve with fried fish, cucumber slices, and hard-boiled eggs. Serving size : 4-5 pax (12-13 spoonful per bottle) 椰浆饭の材料: 椰奶蒸米饭 米饭 (2杯) 班兰叶(3颗 - 绑成一个结) 盐 椰奶(5.6盎司/ 150毫升-180毫升) 江鱼仔の材料: 江鱼仔 (1杯),【老厨方 - 辣式楽妈酱】(1瓶),红洋葱 (1/2颗),大蒜(1瓣) 其它配料: 2个熟鸡蛋,切成1半,小鱼,沙丁鱼 / 沙嘴鱼3个,小黄瓜1个(切成薄片,然后切成小块) 烹饪方式: 1)蒸米饭,加入椰奶,与少许盐和水。煮饭时,把班兰叶放入米饭中。 2)先在锅里预热点油,然后将【老厨方 - 辣式楽妈酱】炒香。再加入洋葱,ikan bilis,搅拌均匀即可。 3)清洗小鱼,切成两半,然后加盐调味后再炸。将黄瓜切成薄片。将蒸好的椰奶米饭倒入碗中,然后在米饭上摆放江鱼仔。搭配炸鱼,黄瓜片和煮鸡蛋即可享用。 份量:4-5人份 (1 瓶大约12-13 大匙)
