Developed by HANAYAMA, a long-established udon noodle shop in Gunma, so that you can enjoy it at home.
You can choose from two types of udon, the signature udon and Himokawa, which is a traditional udon from Gunma that is thicker than udon.
Soup and ingredients are not included, so enjoy using whatever you like.

②Himokawa: 9 min (Hard), 10 min (Soft)
Recommended to boil in as much hot water as possible, and after boiling, wash with cold water once to make it chewy.
