Japan Agar Powder 10g : 1000ml Water
Preparation Method:
10g of agar-agar powder to 1Litre of water .
1) Premix the agar-agar powder with sugar (normal 1000ml : 150g sugar)
Add the premix to the water and mix with a whisk.
2) Bring the solution to boil and allow it to simmer. Add on Flavour / colour / others
3) Pour the mixture into a mould or container and leave it at room temperature to gel.
