How to use:
- clean your nose.
- splash water into the nose just enough.
- take off the transparant film layer and stick a smooth surface on the nose, swallow it gently to make sure the pack sticks tight.
- after the pack is completely dry (about 10 15 minutes), release the pack from the end.
- put toner on the nose afterwards.
Use 1-2 x a week.
The pack can also be used in the forehead and chin.
