ALL DIMSUM ARE FROZEN (Handmade dimsum and No preservative.) Storage: Please keep in fridge once received. If you wish to consume within 2 days please keep in chiller. Dimsum can keep in freezer up to 7 days. CARROT CAKE PLEASE CONSUME WITHIN 2 DAYS. Cooking instruction: 1) Apply oil at base to prevent sticking. 2) Take out dimsum from freezer to defrost until it turn soft (few minutes) 3) Once water is boiling, steam sauce and rice roll for 5 mins, pour the sauce to rice roll when serve. 4) Cooking timing just for reference, it may takes different time for different steamer or appliances. UParcel(Home Delivery) 1. Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. Saturday deliveries are available only between 10am – 2pm , 3pm – 7pm. There will be no delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays. 2. Delivery will be 2 days lead time. For example, if your order is placed on Monday, the earliest delivery will be on Wednesday (10AM – 2PM OR 3PM – 7PM). 3. If you have any request please indicate in “Remark to Seller”. We will try our best to meet them! 4. Please be at home to receive your dimsum. Should you be unavailable, our delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house.
