Ingredients: Ligusticum wallichi, Angelica sinensis, Paeonia, lactielora, Rehmannia glutinosa, Coponosis Tangshen, Atractylodes, macrocephala, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Ziziphin Jujuba, Astracralus membranaceus.
成分：川芎、当归、白芍、熟地、党参、白术、茯神、甘草、黑枣、黄耆。
Method: Boil 2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water, add in "Yew Chian Haw Pak Cheng Soup" ingredients. Then add 500g of duck, mutton, chicken or full boiled egg. Reduce the heat and simmer until meat is tender. Add salt to taste.
煮法：将 2 公升 (或 8 饭碗) 水煮开后，加入“游建好八珍养颜汤”配料，再加入500公克鸭肉，羊肉，鸡肉或熟蛋，转弱火煮至肉软。加入适量盐，即可食用。
