INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING SLOW COOKER Using the slow cooker is very easy but may differ from traditional recipes. The slow cooker has two FAST and SLOW cooking modes, so it is easy to adjust the time. Food can be heated slowly throughout the day or possibly in a few hours. Use the following board to help adjust your favorite recipe with the slow cooker. This time level is relative and should only be used as a reference guide. Traditional cooking time Fast cooking slowly Keep warm 30 minutes 3 hours- 4 hours 6 o'clock- 8 o'clock keep food warm after cooking (up to 4 hours) 35-60 minutes 5 o'clock- 6 hours 8 o'clock- 10 o'clock 1 hour- 3 hours 7 o'clock-hour 10 o'clock- 12 o'clock STEPS OF USE -Before using, wash the lid and ceramic pot with warm soap and dry completely. Clean the pot after each use. -The ingredients are prepared depending on the recipe. Put the ingredients in the ceramic pot. Note the distance from food to the mouth of the pot is 2cm. 3. Place the ceramic pot in the heating base. 4. Close the lid and plug in the slow cooking pot. - Turn the control knob to select cooking mode (ANH or SLOW). Which mode to use depends on your recipe, taste and time. -Use the HOLD button when the food is completely cooked. KEEP function only keeps cooked food at ideal temperature until you eat. -When cooking is finished, turn the control knob to the OFF button and turn off the power supply. Remove the food from the ceramic pot and let the ceramic pot and lid cool completely before washing. WARNING - Do not use the device with wet hands. - Always use gloves when holding lids or ceramic pots after cooking. - When removing the lid from the ceramic pot, hold the knob and slowly lift it to one side to let the steam escape. To avoid burns, always keep the lid to prevent steam from rising onto hands, arms or face. - Do not touch the surface, use the handle and handle knob when removing the lid and ceramic pot from the heating base. - Before placing the ceramic pot on the table or countertop, always place a solid cushion under the ceramic pot. - DO NOT add cold water to a hot ceramic pot. - DO NOT cook slowly without ingredients or ceramic pot without water. - To avoid damage or heat shock, DO NOT heat the pot base with not the ceramic pot provided when buying.
