Cooking Instructions: 1. Put 2 packs of "Samy Bak Kut Teh" (do not open the herb bag), add 3000 ml of water, and boil over high heat. 2. Add 6 pieces of large black garlic, 8 pieces of Chinese dried mushrooms, 2 kg of meat, 1.5 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and boil on high heat for 15 minutes. 3. Reduce to medium heat, add salt to taste, cook for another hour, and then enjoy while it is hot. Tip 1: There are 2 packs of herbal bag in each packaging, good for 7-8 pax. If you are cooking for small family of 3-4 pax, can reduce herbal bag to one and other ingredients by half. Mixed in crispy fried shallot with cooked rice and serve. 煮法 1.把2包“三美肉骨茶”(请勿拆开砂袋),加入3000毫升清水,以大火煮沸。 2.加入6粒大黑蒜头,8粒香菇,2公斤肉,一汤匙半的黑酱油,3汤匙生抽,用大火煮沸至15分钟。 3.然后转至中火,加入适量食盐,煮约一小时,即可趁热享用。 温馨小提示: 1. 每袋“三美肉骨茶” 内有两包料包,可供7-8人享用。若是小家庭煮给3-4人食用,可放入一包料包,相应材料减半。剩下的一包料包可密封好收藏下次食用。 2. “三美肉骨茶”若使用猪脚烹煮,可根据个人喜好增加烹煮时间半个到一个小时,更加绵软入味。 3. 巴生肉骨茶的绝配葱油饭:焖饭前加入半茶匙食盐,小洋葱炸至金黄,拌入煮好的饭即可享用。
