How to use Peony Tea
- Preparation: Dried Peony of Vietnamese camellia, boiling water 90 degrees or more, with the rate of each 200ml corresponding to 10 grams of dried flowers.
- Drink hot: Rinse the vase and flowers with boiling water for about 30 seconds to 1 minute then discard this water to avoid bitter tea. Start pouring more boiling water after 5 minutes and then enjoy.
- Cold drink: Filter off the tea body and take the water, add ice or put in the refrigerator cooler for about 20 minutes and enjoy. Note that if you add ice, change the ratio of water and flowers to 200ml of water corresponding to 15 grams of dried flowers!
With the aroma of peony flowers, you can enjoy it immediately or add rock sugar or honey to increase the appeal of the tea!
